The Smithton School Student of the Month for February 2023 is Mason Middendorf. Mason was chosen for this award by the faculty and administration of the school. The award was presented to Mason for displaying a good work ethic, outstanding character, and good behavior. Mason also shows respect, leadership, willingness to help his peers, and kindness to others. Mason will receive a plaque and a gift card from the school.
Mason is the son of Ben and Carrie Middendorf. He likes to play baseball and volleyball. Mason also enjoys fishing, video games and riding his dirt bike. In the future, Mason would like to go to college and continue his education. He is not sure what he wants to be when he is older, but he is interested in maybe being a plumber.
Mason's favorite quote is "it always seems impossible until it's done."
