The faculty and administration of Smithton School are proud to announce Tyler Poirot as the January Student of the Month! Tyler was selected for this prestigious award in recognition of his excellent work ethic, outstanding character, and exemplary behavior. He consistently demonstrates respect, leadership, a willingness to help his peers, and kindness to everyone around him. As part of this honor, Tyler will receive a plaque and a gift card from the school.
Tyler is the son of Laura and Mark Poirot. He enjoys gaming, bowling and making things. Tyler hopes to one day become either an aerospace or mechanical engineer.
His favorite quote is from Yoda, "Do or do not, there is no try."
Tyler is thankful to be given the honor of student of the month for January.
